We currently only deliver within Australia.
We aim to have you order ready to ship/collect within 48hours.
At Peak time orders may take 7 days. (Eg: Mother's Day, Christmas Periods)
(Please keep in mind Public Holidays when ordering as these may cause slight delays)
Please note: We are a small business, and our products are mostly handmade and as we do our best to keep products stocked on our shelves, we are a small business and may require making some products at time of your order this may cause a small delay.

Local Contactless Pickup (no shipping fee)
At checkout you can select to pickup your order from us free of charge. You will be notified via email when it is ready to collect.

We will be in contact to arrange a day & estimated time for collection. - Local contactless pickup available from Flowerdale Victoria 3717, Australia.
- If wanting to pick up from an upcoming market, please email to confirm and select Local Pick Up at Check Out (Please leave us a note in order comments.)
Local Contactless Delivery ($5 fee)
At checkout you can select Local Delivery for a delivery charge of $5 within designated Local Delivery Area. Local delivery is currently contactless your order will be delivered within 3-5 days (Delivery's usually made on Tuesday, Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays) & you will receive text notification with photo via text once order has been delivered.

- Within 10km of Diamond Creek: Plenty, Wattle Glen, St Helena, Yarrambat, Eltham, Research, South Morang, Hurstbridge, Greensbrough, Briar Hill, Montmorency, Nutfield, Cottles Bridge, Mill Park, Doreen, Panton Hill, Bundoora, Mernda & Surrounding areas.
- Local to Flowerdale: 3717 Flowerdale, 3757 Whittlesea, Humevale, Kinglake West, Eden Park, Pheasant Creek. 3763 Kinglake.
How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?
We aim to have orders dispatched within 48hours or within 4 days. As a small business, this allows us to custom pour any pieces, carefully package & send out orders.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Postage arrival will depend on location,
Melbourne Metro:
- Flat rate express courier shipping $15.
- We will determine if your address is suitable for this option.
Usually arrives next business day if dispatched by midday Monday to Friday.
Rest of Australia:
- Flat rate shipping $15.
Sent via regular Australia Post service. - You should receive your order within 7-15 business days.
- Once your order has been Shipped you will receive tracking information via email.
Please Note: Moon Goddess Co cannot be held responsible for any delays within the Australian Post network.
What are delivery Costs?
We offer $15 flat rate shipping on all orders throughout Australia, Free on orders made over $149.
Returns & Damages:
We do not offer refund or return of 'Change of Mind' Purchases, so please choose carefully.
In the event that items are damaged during transit, the entire package will need to be assessed. Please contact us within 7days of your order being delivered with your order number & photos of damage & we will arrange a replacement or refund to be issued.
Do not use or dispose of the damaged products as we may need to arrange product to be returned to us.
Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order, we may do so at our discretion, Cancelation will only be accepted within 24 hours of order being placed. All cancelations however will incur a 15% cancelation fee.
