These terms and conditions are set out by Moon Goddess Co.

Returns & Exchanges 

All items purchased from Moon Goddess Co are carefully packed with love and care. Each item is checked over before being packaged and sent to all of our customers. However, regretfully from time to time your items may be damaged during transit. 

Please note once parcels are dispatched we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise. Please contact AUS POST directly via Help & support - Australia Post However, if you still require assistance please contact us via moongoddess.co@outlook.com

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sale items. 

For breakages and exchange requests, please contact us via contact page or email at moongoddess.co@outlook.com within 72 hours of your receiving your parcel. Store credits will be issued at the discretion of Cleanse & Co.

Warranty

Standard warranty on all Moon Goddess Co items under ACCC is 12 months manufacturing.

However, Moon Goddess Co may call the items to be sent back to be inspected. You are expected to send the goods back at your own cost, if the goods are deemed to be faulty due to a manufacturing error, this you will be refunded the postage cost in accordance with ACCC guidelines, however if the goods are deemed to be faulty due to misuse then we will not cover shipping nor return shipping of the item.

A warranty is void if the product is deemed to have been mis-used.

(eg. Candles not following correct Candle Care & Burning Instructions, Ultrasonic Diffusers not being Cleaned Correctly, Warmers being used Incorrectly or Incorrect Globes Used)

Incorrect Light bulbs being used in warmer can damage the device this will not be covered by warranty. Correct bulbs can be purchase via us to ensure correct wattage and voltage.

Light bulbs being classed as a consumable item do not carry a warranty, unless the customer can show without a doubt that they had not used the item (or had very limited use) this can usually also be shown with a stat dec.

All warranties provided for electric warmers.

Returns & Damages:

We do not offer refund or return of 'Change of Mind' Purchases, so please choose carefully.

In the event that items are damaged during transit, the entire package will need to be assessed. Please contact us within 7days of your order being delivered with your order number & photos of damage & we will arrange a replacement or refund to be issued.

Do not use or dispose of the damaged products as we may need to arrange product to be returned to us.
