How long does it burn?
Our Signature Candles are designed for a long-lasting, clean burn.
- Small (220g): Up to 40 hours

Burn times are approximate and will vary depending on how the candle is cared for. For the best performance, always allow the wax to melt to the edges of the vessel during your first burn.
How strong is the scent?
Our candles are crafted to create a beautiful, room-filling fragrance without being overpowering. We use premium fragrance oils blended with natural coconut soy wax for a balanced scent throw.
Every fragrance is different, but most customers describe our candles as offering a noticeable fragrance that creates a welcoming atmosphere throughout the room.
Is it refillable?
Yes! Our Signature Candle vessels are designed to be reused again and again.
Once your candle has finished burning, simply clean your vessel and replace it with one of our matching Candle Refills. It's an easy way to reduce waste, save money, and continue enjoying your favourite fragrances.
How quickly do you dispatch?
We hand-pour and pack every order with care from our studio in Victoria.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days, and you'll receive tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.
During new collection launches, sales, or busy seasonal periods, dispatch may take a little longer, but we'll always keep you updated.
Can I send it as a gift?
Absolutely!

If you're sending your order directly to the recipient, simply enter their delivery address at checkout. We never include pricing on packing slips, so your gift arrives ready to delight.
How do I care for my candle?
To enjoy the best burn and extend the life of your candle:
- Trim the wooden wick to approximately 5mm before each burn.
- Allow the wax to melt all the way to the edge of the vessel on the first burn to help prevent tunnelling.
- Burn your candle for 2–4 hours at a time.
- Keep your candle away from drafts, pets and children.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
